Just a quickie tonight, I’ve been working all day and I’m super tired….
This is what I’m going to call: Ssssecrets… it’s shit I find that’s super low carb AND vegetarian friendly. So you can go after it even if you are an omnivore….
Tonight’s is the magic of unsweetened Almond breeze! Real milk is a fat butt nono, it’s so yummy and I adore it, but there’s like 900 NC per glass. So I went on the hunt for an alternative….checked out soy milk, meh….rice? lollerskate!
then….taaadaaa! And it comes in fucking chocolate. I mix this junk with my matrix protein shake powder and some ice, and I swear it’s almost as good as the $11 frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity in Las Vegas….which is a tasty drink invented by Satan to torture me.
Anyways, this crap is delicious, it can live in your pantry, and it substitutes in recipes really well (comes in unflavored too.) Even omnivorous Marius approves.

AND you can blend the chocolate variety with frozen banana and get a chocolate malt like concoction that is beyond heaven. Almond milk all the way, even for carnivores like myself :)
